We start with soothing feel-good strokes & kneading followed by deeper pressure & trigger-point therapy to help you release muscular tension and relieve aches and pains. This head-to-toe treatment includes hands, feet and a soothing scalp massage. Always pleasurable and never painful, this is the perfect massage for someone who wants a feel-good experience along with some therapeutic work.

Purple Mountain Zen Den

New this year, is the addition of our Zen Den located in the downstairs hallway. This room has been setup to offer a space to relax and rejuvenate. The room is equipped with yoga mats & blocks, body rollers, a stretch band, and a steam shower. In-house massages are offered in the Zen Den. We also offer a TV with free Peloton Yoga, Stretching, Body Weight Workouts, and Meditation classes
